Towcester Launches ASA Swimming Lessons

From January 2012 Towcester Centre for Leisure will be offering the ASA National Plan for Teaching swimming lessons. We have limited spaces still available for your child so start their jounery from parent and baby to eliete athlete. Contact Jean Judd now on 01327 322480.

Olympic Open Day 2011

On Saturday 23rd July, Towcester Centre for Leisure opened their doors for an Olympic themed Open Day.  All members of the local community were invited to try a range of activities to celebrate '1 year to go' until the start of the London 2012 Olympic Games. 

Activities included:

Climbing Wall; Skate Park; Bike Racing, Boxing, Martial Arts; Northampton Town FC Mascot Penalty shoot out; No Strings Badminton;  Athletics Challenge;  Circus Skills ; Creative Canvas Art; Play Rangers Wii Olympics; Superstars Event; Canoeing ; Waterpolo; Athletics; Zumba; Morris dancing ; Cheerleading; Live Music with Towcester Rock School; Art Competition and a grand finale from Blaze Dance Relay Live.
